What kind of RAM do you have, and what do you have the timings set to? Fortunately, a friend of mine advised me yesterday to change settings in BIOS, so I did just that and instead of 5. This pertains to “desktop” XPs.
Flaming or offending other users Illegal activities: Just as an FYI re steppings, locked multipliers, etc Should I do something to change this and will it have any effect? The time now is Posts 2, Also make sure your jumper pins are set correctly As was mentioned earlier, there is a jumper that you have in the wrong position. If the CPU is indeed ‘locked’, it would only take a quick look to see no other options would be available but ’11’ Appreciate all your help.

Your statement seemed very “un-helpfull”. It was not always like this, and I am not sure what led it to be tweaked down, and also to be represented as a totally different processor. You’ll find discussions about fixing problems with computer hardware, computer software, Windows, virusessecurityas well as networks and the Internet.

Starting to dislike MSI, 1100jhz know if I fried my mobo or not, been through 3 already And what did you do to fry three motherboards?! Also – there are no bytes GB in clock speeds.
If your 11000mhz are set too tightly or if you don’t have PC RAM, that may be causing your problems. Ridgerunr is correct with his numbers, BUT I would get it to run at stock settings 1st. If you’re asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem.
Thanks again to all for your input.
